Managed Services and Hosting Awards 2019

We’re thrilled to have been included in the shortlist for two esteemed awards at the forthcoming Managed Services and Hosting Awards 2019, our UK Retail Bank Data Archive project has been shortlisted for the Best Storage/Data Management Managed Services Project along with the Best Enterprise Managed Services Project.

The Managed Services and Hosting Awards recognise and reward excellence in this dynamic industry sector.

The StorARCH project shortlisted was complex and challenging, with the client requiring a managed solution to host historic data, archive bank records, documents, call recordings and a multitude of data formats, spanning as far back as 20 years with sources coming from a number of disparate legacy systems.  The StorARCH Data Storage, Archive and Retrieval solution from Krome was tailored to meet the client’s individual requirements, including the ability to redact information and securely download documents and audio files, in line with PCI, GDPR and FCA regulations. The solution is hosted and managed by Krome in our datacentre, with offsite Data Backup and Disaster Recovery.

In order to be considered for the awards we had to comprehensively demonstrate the tangible benefits that the end user had seen as a result of the project; with 100% data accuracy, reduced costs, improved business efficiency, sub 3 second search and retrieval along with the increased control and compliance with GDPR and other data security standards, the project successfully satisfied the criteria for the awards.

The awards will be presented on the 18th September 2019 at 155 Billingsgate, London, following the Managed Services & Hosting Summit 2019.
